For additional assistance, we offer in-home service starting at $99/hr in the Portland Metro area. Please call us to schedule an appointment; we're rarely booked more than a few days out.

1.1 Why can't I buy online?

We've been around for a long time, and we still like to do things the old fashioned way - but we're working on it. Selling online requires authorization from our suppliers and additional employees to handle the extra work. For now, call us at 503-760-6488 or stop in to our store if you want to place an order.

2 Authorized Reseller Information
2.1 Are you an authorized reseller of (Sony, Samsung, etc)?

Yes. We've been in the business a long time and have a great relationship with the brands we work with. All the products we sell are purchased directly from the manufacturer or through authorized distribution, and are covered under their original manufacturer's warranty.
